Develop complex building energy simulation models based on design input received from technical drawings, specifications and design interaction with architects, green energy consultants and building design engineers.
Use expertise in the application of energy modeling software, based on the EnergyPlus and/or other standard energy modeling applications to develop accurate models of building energy demand and consumption for Net Zero Energy Ready or Net Zero Energy Residential and commercial buildings. Clearly communicate model assumptions and results including an ability to demonstrate how building design changes could impact building energy consumption. Perform assigned tasks within the schedule constraints of the sales process.
