EcoTerra
Description
EcoTerra, one of twelve winners of the CMHC's Equilibrium House program, uses energy producing and conservation features to enable it to produce almost as much energy as it consumes: near net-zero. Built by Alouette Homes, the SBRN research team at Concordia University led the energy system design of the house.
